About our Company

Best Choice Home Healthcare was founded in 2003 by a local Las Vegas couple, Chuck and Barbara Cota. Chuck, diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the mid 1970's, has been completely wheelchair bound since the late 1980's. Barbara, his sole caregiver, spent many years discovering just what it takes to care for someone at home.

Through trial and error, Chuck and Barbara have learned just what it takes to maintain quality of life. It is this personal experience that motivated Chuck and Barbara to create Best Choice Home HealthCare. The hands on knowledge they have developed over the years within their own home, has been transformed into a flourishing home healthcare business with a core belief that people, no matter their age, ailment or financial situation, deserve respect.

Chuck, a law school graduate, and Barbara, a human resources executive, never envisioned a life within the healthcare industry. However life, as it sometimes does, had a different idea for Chuck and Barb. “No matter what you do in life, wherever the wind decides to blow you, decide to be the best within that field,” states Chuck. “That is why we opened Best Choice Home Healthcare. The ability to use our experience to help others allows our agency to be the best within the home healthcare field.”
