Meet our Client Care Coordinator

Luz Martinez is an expert in the field of needs analysis and can often determine if a person is a candidate for in-home care within one simple phone call. “Our care givers can assist for just a few days after surgery, for 2-3 hours a day 7 days a week or 24 hours a day for as long as assistance is needed,” states Luz, “welcoming someone into your home to care for you isn't always an easy thing to do, therefore I make it my primary responsibility to not just assess the needs of a client, but to get a feel for their personality as well. It is essential to find a good ‘fit' between client and caregiver in order to give the client the best possible experience.”

Additionally, Mrs. Martinez is a Spanish bi-lingual and assists clients with any Medicaid benefits that may be available to them and work as a liaison between clients and long term care insurance companies.
